Banoffee Pie

there's no real recipe, jus did it based on what my friend ying ying told me... which is, submerge a can of condensed milk in water 3/4 of the way and boil for 2 hours. let it cool for 2 hours, and open. during that time, make the biscuit base from 100g of digestives and 50g of melted butter combined together and spread over cake tin. Refrigerate to bind. Slice 3 bananas and pour over biscuit base. Add condensed milk (which has become a light brown toffee due to boiling) and mix in with bananas. Whip cream tll stiff and spread on top. :)
