We discovered a new park last weekend - NParks' Horticulture Park at Alexandra Road. I believe it has not been officially opened yet, but the park is open to public and free (of course). There's lots of greenery, landscaped shrubs, flowers, bridges, pathways to wander through, and a few playgrounds, one of which was suitable for toddlers. There was also a koi pond (closer to the car park) and a cafe which I predict will be extremely popular because of its relaxed Balinese style outdoor seating that is perched on a "hill" that has a reflection pool next to it. Quite "spa" like. (But the cafe has not opened yet).
Anyway, one of the "exhibits" at the park involved a baby cot, a baby walker and a baby high chair. Some corny gardener thought it'd be a quirky idea to use these items as part of the plant nursery... HOHOHOHO.
Check out Hort park here and do pay a visit, though it does tend to get hot as there is little sheltered area, so go early in the morning.
very nice shot. good framing & vivid colors :)
