I am a big fan of playgyms for young babies. Around 2 months, they get more alert & active, and it's no longer possible to just "leave them lying there" lest they get bored and start fussing. So, like with Dan, we bought Ben a second hand playgym (for $10! this one's a Baby Einstein one) and he likes it. He gets more active and kicks about when he's in it, as opposed to just looking blankly and imperiously at us all the time. watch this short video.
One thing I've noticed about Ben is he uses his legs to kick more than Dan did. Also, like Dan, after about 45 mins in the playgym, even the trinkets & toys of the playgym can't hold his attention anymore. But since we put him in the playgym 3 times a day, that's still 2h 15 mins of playgym time a day!
Now we are beginning to see Ben in action. We hope to see more of him. Talk to Ben more often so that he can pick up the basic linguistic skills too, as the way you have done with Dan. Ben sure has grown fast, looking at his size at 11 weeks.

It's hard for me to split myself in two. As such, we hardly talk to Ben at all - which might mean he'll be a quiet boy. That's not so bad, since Dan is alreayd so noisy!
