Bravo! Looks yummy! Btw, letting the bird rest lets the juices get reabsorbed into the meat, whereas if you cut it right away the juices end up on your cutting board. First time I've heard of letting the bird "relax"! =)

Wah ! Ben looks very grown up already, wearing this suit. He is already behaving well too for his age; cool, focus, inquiring mind asking relevant questions, very attentive, etc. His recent school's report card showing "excellent" scores is evident of this.

Hi
So glad you had such a great time on your trip, your photos look great! WA is one of the places I would love to visit, but I know what you mean now about travelling with a young one!
Just wanted to say hello. I've been using your soya sauce chicken wings recipe for years now, and still love it! :)

mine is almost the same recipe except that I've always cooked mine over medium heat until smooth. Remove from pan and knead until blended smooth. worked great in the US but here, even in ziploc, it got mouldy. maybe we contaminated it somehow or didn't close ziploc properly.

yep, it is definitely more economical and also safe to play with (no chemicals). plus ben and dan can make them with you and they can choose their own colours to make. you should be able to keep them for about 2-3 months. i play with it often with toddlers at mum's group :) i like purple ones - they're cool! ;)

Hi Ruth, my 4 year plus son told his teacher in school that he wanted to marry her... the teacher told him she has to go back to check with my son's papa... ha ha ha ha...
Isn't these kids adorably innocent?

Actually, this is their way of expressing how much they like the other person... Expect more hilarious remarks they make in time to come! ;)

I agree with you, part time work is really fab for moms! Stay home for too long and moms can get or feel really stifled, not that they don't love their kids but can truly feel overwhelmed and out of sorts! Very encouraging and wise words!

I'm glad part time work is working out well for you. I'm trying to work part time, too, but my 3 1/2 days/week is still probably about 40 hours/week, including some work that can be done at home. I hope it works out well, though... Good to hear your thoughts.

I'm slowly starting to consider working part-time too, to spend more time with the kids (mine are 2.5 and 1 yr old). But really don't know where to start looking. Any suggestions?
